Repurposium is operated by VšĮ „Ateities Ministerija" (“Repurposium”, “we”, “us”), a non-profit based in Vilnius, Lithuania. This policy explains how we handle the personal data you submit through our website.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
When you submit the request form, we collect:
- Company name
- Work email address
- Interface language (EN/LT)
- The page you submitted from
- Your consent and the date & time of submission
We do not collect special-category data, and we don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your request and contact you about bringing a Repurposium collection box to your office.
- To organise and manage collections if you become a client.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the form checkbox, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to business enquiries.
5. Who can see it
Your data is stored in Google Workspace / Google Sheets, where Google acts as our data processor. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact — unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@repurposium.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI, vdai.lrv.lt).
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows the current version.
